Pet Requirements
A few simple steps keep every home safe, clean, and comfortable — for you, your pets, and your neighbors.
- Pet screening completed as part of your application
- A photo of your pet is required for all applications
- A signed pet agreement is required for each pet
- A veterinarian statement may be requested
- HOA policies may apply at some properties
Service & Assistance Animals
Under the Fair Housing Act, service animals and certified Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are exempt from:
- All pet fees ($0)
- Monthly pet rent
- Breed restrictions
Documentation is required. Contact our leasing team and we'll gladly walk you through it.
Breed Restrictions
Due to insurance requirements, the following breeds are restricted:
- Akita
- American Staffordshire Terrier
- Chow
- Doberman
- Pit Bull
- Rottweiler
- Any mix containing one of these breeds
A veterinarian statement may be requested for breed verification. Service and assistance animals are exempt from breed restrictions.
