Step 2
Register & Verify
Create your tour account and verify your identity with a valid photo ID. It only takes a few minutes and keeps every home secure.
Step 3
Get Your Access Code
Once approved, you'll receive a one-time access code and lockbox or smart-lock instructions by text and email for your scheduled window.
Step 4
Tour on Your Schedule
Arrive during your time slot, let yourself in, and take your time. No pressure, no appointment — just you and your possible next home.
Good to Know Before You Go
Touring Hours
Self-guided tours are available seven days a week during daylight hours, typically 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Your exact window is confirmed when you schedule.
Bring Your Phone & ID
You'll need the phone you registered with to receive your access code, plus the photo ID you verified during registration.
Safe & Secure
Every tour is verified and time-limited. Access codes expire after your window, and homes are checked between tours.

How much does a self-guided tour cost?
Nothing — self-guided tours are completely free. You only ever pay an application fee if you decide to apply for a home.
How long do I have inside the home?
Most tour windows give you plenty of time to walk the home at your own pace. Your confirmation text will show your exact start and end times.
Can I bring someone with me?
Yes! You're welcome to bring family, a roommate, or a friend. The registered guest simply needs to be present with their verified ID.
What if I have questions during the tour?
Our team is a call or text away at (513) 202-4297 during touring hours. We're happy to answer questions while you're standing in the kitchen.
I loved the home — what's next?
You can apply right from your phone through our online application. Homes are leased on a first-qualified basis, so we recommend applying soon after your tour.
